Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PAQR6 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PAQR6 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher PAQR6 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PAQR6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

OV, MESO, and LIHC are the cancer types where PAQR6 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
