PAQR6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAQR6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,101 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAQR6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ADAR, HDGF, and RPRD2. Each is linked with PAQR6 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAQR6-to-partner and partner-to-PAQR6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PAQR6 versus ADAR in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAQR6→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAQR6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
