Across TCGA cell cohorts, PAQR6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,136 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAQR6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Taurine biosynthetic process, Alkanesulfonate biosynthetic process, and Positive regulation of sphingolipid biosynthetic process. Each is linked with PAQR6 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAQR6-to-partner and partner-to-PAQR6 results are reported.
