Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PAQR5 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PAQR5 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher PAQR5 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PAQR5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

HNSC, LIHC, and SKCM are the cancer types where PAQR5 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
