PAQR5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAQR5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,221 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAQR5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZNF185, YBX1_S165, and SRP68. Each is linked with PAQR5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAQR5-to-partner and partner-to-PAQR5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PAQR5 versus ZNF185 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAQR5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAQR5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
