PAQR5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAQR5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAQR5-associated genes across cancer lineages are Gab2, Notch1, and Annexin-1. Each is linked with PAQR5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAQR5-to-partner and partner-to-PAQR5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Gab2 grouped by PAQR5-low versus PAQR5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAQR5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAQR5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
