Across TCGA cell cohorts, PAQR5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,563 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAQR5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Podocyte development, Regulation of cellular response to hypoxia, and Nodal signaling pathway. Each is linked with PAQR5 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAQR5-to-partner and partner-to-PAQR5 results are reported.
