PAPSS2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAPSS2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,847 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAPSS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OSMR, GKAP1, and RIN3. Each is linked with PAPSS2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAPSS2-to-partner and partner-to-PAPSS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAPSS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAPSS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
