Across TCGA cell cohorts, PAPSS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,562 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAPSS2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are COPII-coated vesicle cargo loading, Vesicle cargo loading, and Regulation of cell-substrate junction organization. Each is linked with PAPSS2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAPSS2-to-partner and partner-to-PAPSS2 results are reported.
