PAPSS1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAPSS1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,614 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAPSS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are METAP1, C4orf46, and GAR1. Each is linked with PAPSS1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAPSS1-to-partner and partner-to-PAPSS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PAPSS1 versus METAP1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAPSS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAPSS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
