PAPSS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAPSS1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 43 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAPSS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, ATM, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with PAPSS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAPSS1-to-partner and partner-to-PAPSS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by PAPSS1-low versus PAPSS1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAPSS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAPSS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
