PAPPA2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAPPA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,496 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAPPA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRRC2B, IKZF4, and ACSS3. Each is linked with PAPPA2 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAPPA2-to-partner and partner-to-PAPPA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PAPPA2 versus PRRC2B in KICH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAPPA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAPPA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
