PAPPA2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAPPA2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,512 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAPPA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MINDY4, CTSG, and PAPLN. Each is linked with PAPPA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAPPA2-to-partner and partner-to-PAPPA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PAPPA2 versus MINDY4 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAPPA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAPPA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
