PAPPA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAPPA2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 72 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAPPA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and Cyclin-E2. Each is linked with PAPPA2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAPPA2-to-partner and partner-to-PAPPA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by PAPPA2-low versus PAPPA2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAPPA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAPPA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
