PAPPA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PAPPA2 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 3,243 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAPPA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MUC5B, MKI67, and HYDIN. Each is linked with PAPPA2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAPPA2-to-partner and partner-to-PAPPA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MUC5B grouped by PAPPA2-low versus PAPPA2-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAPPA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAPPA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
