Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAPOLG RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,733 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PAPOLG-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TIA1, PPIF, and WRNIP1. Each is linked with PAPOLG in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAPOLG-to-partner and partner-to-PAPOLG results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PAPOLG versus TIA1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAPOLG→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAPOLG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
