Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAPOLG mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PAPOLG-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, FoxM1, and JNK_pT183_Y185. Each is linked with PAPOLG in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAPOLG-to-partner and partner-to-PAPOLG results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by PAPOLG-low versus PAPOLG-high in UCEC.
