Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PAPOLG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 962 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PAPOLG-associated genes across cancer lineages are SMIM31, DDX49, and GID4. Each is linked with PAPOLG in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAPOLG-to-partner and partner-to-PAPOLG results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SMIM31 grouped by PAPOLG-low versus PAPOLG-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAPOLG→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAPOLG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
