PAPOLA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAPOLA RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,547 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAPOLA-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPP4R3A, TRIP11, and PRORP. Each is linked with PAPOLA in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAPOLA-to-partner and partner-to-PAPOLA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PAPOLA versus PPP4R3A in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.97.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAPOLA→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAPOLA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
