PAPOLA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAPOLA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,538 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAPOLA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UBR7, MTA1, and PPP4R3A. Each is linked with PAPOLA in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAPOLA-to-partner and partner-to-PAPOLA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PAPOLA versus UBR7 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAPOLA→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAPOLA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
