Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAPOLA protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,029 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAPOLA-associated genes across cancer lineages are VRK1, TMPO, and TDP1. Each is linked with PAPOLA in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAPOLA-to-partner and partner-to-PAPOLA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PAPOLA versus VRK1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.
