Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAPOLA mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PAPOLA-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and eIF4E. Each is linked with PAPOLA in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAPOLA-to-partner and partner-to-PAPOLA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by PAPOLA-low versus PAPOLA-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAPOLA→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAPOLA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
