Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PAPOLA mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 5,029 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PAPOLA-associated genes across cancer lineages are PHF20, GRIN2B, and NRP1. Each is linked with PAPOLA in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAPOLA-to-partner and partner-to-PAPOLA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PHF20 grouped by PAPOLA-low versus PAPOLA-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAPOLA→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAPOLA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
