Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAOX protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 701 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PAOX-associated genes across cancer lineages are BRAF, RESF1, and ATP5MC2. Each is linked with PAOX in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAOX-to-partner and partner-to-PAOX results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PAOX versus BRAF in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.43.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAOX→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAOX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
