Across TCGA cell cohorts, PAOX RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,881 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAOX-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Putrescine biosynthetic process, Positive regulation of amine metabolic process, and Golgi vesicle transport. Each is linked with PAOX in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAOX-to-partner and partner-to-PAOX results are reported.
