Across TCGA cell cohorts, PAOX mutation is significantly associated with the drug of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAOX-associated genes across cancer lineages are Bromosporine, SGC-CBP30, and RVX-208. Each is linked with PAOX in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAOX-to-partner and partner-to-PAOX results are reported.
