PANX3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PANX3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PANX3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CPN1, GPR42, and PCARE. Each is linked with PANX3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PANX3-to-partner and partner-to-PANX3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CPN1 grouped by PANX3-low versus PANX3-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PANX3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PANX3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
