PANX2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PANX2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,082 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PANX2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TXNRD1, GCLM, and SQSTM1_T269. Each is linked with PANX2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PANX2-to-partner and partner-to-PANX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PANX2 versus TXNRD1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PANX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PANX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
