Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PANX2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,946 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PANX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GIMAP1, SIGLEC6, and FOXM1. Each is linked with PANX2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PANX2-to-partner and partner-to-PANX2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PANX2 versus GIMAP1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.72.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PANX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PANX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
