PANX2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PANX2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 381 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PANX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are BBS7, ZIC5, and OTC. Each is linked with PANX2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PANX2-to-partner and partner-to-PANX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BBS7 grouped by PANX2-low versus PANX2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PANX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PANX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
