PANX1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PANX1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,707 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PANX1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are P3H1, PLAU, and CEP170. Each is linked with PANX1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PANX1-to-partner and partner-to-PANX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PANX1 versus P3H1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PANX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PANX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
