PANX1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PANX1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PANX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are mTOR, Myosin-IIa_pS1943, and Myosin-IIa. Each is linked with PANX1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PANX1-to-partner and partner-to-PANX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, mTOR grouped by PANX1-low versus PANX1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PANX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PANX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
