PANX1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PANX1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,984 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PANX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MED17, CCDC82, and PICALM. Each is linked with PANX1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PANX1-to-partner and partner-to-PANX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PANX1 versus MED17 in BLOOD_Lymphoma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PANX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PANX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
