PANX1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PANX1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PANX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are AVP, OR13C9, and DUXA. Each is linked with PANX1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PANX1-to-partner and partner-to-PANX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AVP grouped by PANX1-low versus PANX1-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PANX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PANX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
