PANK4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PANK4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,316 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PANK4-associated genes across cancer lineages are AOC3, NR2F2-AS1, and PER3. Each is linked with PANK4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PANK4-to-partner and partner-to-PANK4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PANK4 versus AOC3 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PANK4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PANK4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
