Across TCGA cell cohorts, PANK4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,592 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PANK4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of calcium ion export across plasma membrane, Coenzyme A biosynthetic process, and Positive regulation of autophagy of mitochondrion. Each is linked with PANK4 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PANK4-to-partner and partner-to-PANK4 results are reported.
