Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PANK3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,119 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PANK3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GRAP2, THEMIS2, and EVI2B. Each is linked with PANK3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PANK3-to-partner and partner-to-PANK3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PANK3 versus GRAP2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.52.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PANK3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PANK3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
