PANK3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PANK3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,943 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PANK3-associated genes across cancer lineages are HMGCR, MSMO1, and SCD. Each is linked with PANK3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PANK3-to-partner and partner-to-PANK3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PANK3 versus HMGCR in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.26.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PANK3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PANK3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
