PAN2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAN2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, 4E-BP1, and JNK2. Each is linked with PAN2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAN2-to-partner and partner-to-PAN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by PAN2-low versus PAN2-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
