Across TCGA cell cohorts, PAN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,830 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAN2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Chiasma assembly, Co-transcriptional RNA 3'-end processing, cleavage and polyadenylation pathway, and mRNA splice site recognition. Each is linked with PAN2 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAN2-to-partner and partner-to-PAN2 results are reported.
