PAN2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PAN2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 237 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are C6orf118, KLHDC3, and GRK4. Each is linked with PAN2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAN2-to-partner and partner-to-PAN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C6orf118 grouped by PAN2-low versus PAN2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
