Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAMR1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,797 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PAMR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IRAG1, LYVE1, and TMEM47. Each is linked with PAMR1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAMR1-to-partner and partner-to-PAMR1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PAMR1 versus IRAG1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAMR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAMR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
