PAMR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAMR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,832 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAMR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSEN34, MFN1P1, and LIN7C. Each is linked with PAMR1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAMR1-to-partner and partner-to-PAMR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TSEN34 grouped by PAMR1-low versus PAMR1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAMR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAMR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
