Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAMR1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAMR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are mTOR_pS2448, Notch1, and PDCD4. Each is linked with PAMR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAMR1-to-partner and partner-to-PAMR1 results are reported.
