Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PAM16 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,612 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PAM16-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNAJC19, AKT1, and RBM23. Each is linked with PAM16 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAM16-to-partner and partner-to-PAM16 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAM16→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAM16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
