PALMD

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PALMD RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,075 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PALMD-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CEBPZ, PALMD_S364, and RIF1_S782. Each is linked with PALMD in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PALMD-to-partner and partner-to-PALMD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PALMD versus CEBPZ in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PALMD→partner) and Y-score (partner→PALMD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
