Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PALMD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,363 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PALMD-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPARP-AS1, UHRF1, and RHBDD3. Each is linked with PALMD in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PALMD-to-partner and partner-to-PALMD results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPARP-AS1 grouped by PALMD-low versus PALMD-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PALMD→partner) and Y-score (partner→PALMD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
