PALMD

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PALMD mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 38 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PALMD-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with PALMD in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PALMD-to-partner and partner-to-PALMD results are reported.
