PALMD

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PALMD RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,659 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PALMD-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cellular response to jasmonic acid stimulus, Response to jasmonic acid, and Response to prostaglandin. Each is linked with PALMD in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PALMD-to-partner and partner-to-PALMD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cellular response to jasmonic acid stimulus grouped by PALMD-low versus PALMD-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PALMD→partner) and Y-score (partner→PALMD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
