PALM

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PALM RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,633 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PALM-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CNRIP1, MAP1A, and PALM_S116. Each is linked with PALM in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PALM-to-partner and partner-to-PALM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PALM versus CNRIP1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PALM→partner) and Y-score (partner→PALM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
